The 150 kW 4U CDU is a compact liquid cooling core unit installed in a standard 19-inch server rack, with a height of 4U. The 4U CDU is an optimal solution for addressing the heat dissipation bottleneck of high heat density computing such as Al largemodels and high-performance computing (HPC). Within an extremely compact 4U space, it provides high cooling capacity, featuring high density, high efficiency, high reliability, and ease of deployment, and serves as a key infrastructure for the transition from air cooling to liquid cooling in data centers.
