200 MW/400 MWh Binhai C&I ESS

The 200 MW/400 MWh Energy Storage Station in Binhai, Jiangsu is China’s largest string-type ESS project. GERCHAMP’s BMS is integrated across 1,080 C&I cabinets, providing robust battery safety and system reliability. The solution supports critical ancillary services such as peak shaving, frequency regulation, power back-up and demand-side response — enhancing grid stability and economic performance.

4 × 261 kWh GHV3S module for C&I ESS

Gerchamp supports a commercial and industrial park in Hebei with four 261 kWh storage cabinets, each supported by our GHV3S all-in-one modules (100 kW / 135 kW). By integrating BMS, PCS, EMS and HV Box, the GHV3S solution enabled efficient time-of-use (ToU) arbitrage, achieving two full charge-discharge cycles per day. The deployment resulted in daily revenue generation, highlighting the economic value of energy storage in industrial applications.

1 × 100 kWh C&I ESS in Sierra Leone

The off-grid PV + ESS project in Sierra Leone, with a storage capacity of 50 kW/100 kWh, aims to deliver clean power and meet the critical demand for reliable electricity. Gerchamp provides the BMS solution for the commercial storage system, using 7 BMUs to ensure efficient operation, optimal battery management and system reliability, enabling a continuous and stable energy supply.
