Traditional builds take 2–5 years from land to load; prefabricated blocks deploy in months after site readiness, with quality locked in at the factory. Do I need to supply my own servers and GPUs?

Yes. We design and engineer the powered-and-cooled infrastructure — enclosure, liquid cooling, power, controls, and monitoring. IT zone were reserved for your chosen rack systems. You bring the compute; it plugs in and goes live.

What liquid cooling technology do you use in your modular data centers?

We use self-developed closed-loop direct-to-chip (DTC) liquid cooling solution with Gerchamp’s Bluearth liquid cooling technology for high-density AI and accelerator racks, including OCP racks and NVIDIA GB200/300/Rubin systems at 120kW+ per rack.

What type of batteries and backup power do your modular data centers use?

Each block pairs with Gerchamp backup solution with self-developed UPS, nickel-zinc battery based BBU and battery monitoring system. Clients can bring their own diesel gensets, gas turbine, renewable energy with our modular data center.

Is your modular data center system self-developed?

Our core technologies are developed in-house, the liquid cooling solution, the power/backup architecture, the DCIM system are all patent and owned by Gerchamp.
